A Master Chef with passion

BØF was founded with heart and soul by Master Chef Yves Miltenburg. He has been cooking since 1994 and his passion for his craft has only grown stronger. However, he only discovered his love for grilling in 2013 at Et Alors in Hasselt. He wants all your senses to enjoy a special experience in his open grill kitchen. He came up with a fun sharing concept that was awarded the best in Flanders in 2023!
